Integration Error Messages

ISSUE:

Vessel orders FREETEXT articles - visible in Error Message ItemInternalNumber: null / ItemID: N/A

Vessels have the option to enter FREETEXT as a product name.

This case is seldom and we will see message in integration_errors - Slack Channel.

You can identify that in the error message:

“Could not import purchase request with code <V5V-LU-23-0006-B> due missing itemId from Maersk side | ItemInternalNumber: null | ItemId: N/A | Name: SIGMA FLUID S-570

Resolution:

Tag the case/ticket under the Maersk Tracker Tag in Freshdesk (https://teamsite.maerskgroup.com/:x:/r/teams/Closelink/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={BD214942-802F-4B8A-8C92-A9FA688EA8F1}&file=Maersk - Integration Issues OVERVIEW.xlsx&action=default&mobileredirect=true)

Reach out to Maersk Buyer to either remove this productline in the requisition or change it to an available item according Item List provided by Closelink via Sharepoint: (https://teamsite.maerskgroup.com/:x:/r/teams/Closelink/_layouts/15/Doc.aspx?sourcedoc={EA5D2BA5-E2AF-4E60-9F8B-DB76287925DB}&file=Item catalogue.xlsm&action=default&mobileredirect=true)

Import Requisition again after above fixes made

ISSUE:

SOLUTION: Need to get GLSM Order canceled – Recreate Sync ACTION

ISSUE:

Failed to update purchase order for shipManagerId <9f087481-abcb-4589-bd93-d7323ad8be59>: [Deadlock involving a mutex detected]. OfferId: <6667ec4d3250887faea5f4e5>

SOLUTION: Just need to recreate Sync ACTION

ISSUE:

GLSM Errors: [Entity with ExternalId ‘66694a0789a5ac29033c2d91’ does already exist.]

Message: Failed to create purchase order for glsm code <null>: [Entity with ExternalId ‘66694a0789a5ac29033c2d91’ does already exist.], Offer ID: 66694a0789a5ac29033c2d91*

SOLUTION: Exported Order via Closelink but GLSM Order created already – INFO only
